I have a package that expires soon, are you extending the expiration date?
Yes, all current package expiration dates will be extended. This includes private lesson packages, group lesson packages, wedding packages, Let's Dance Specials, and celebration packages.
What about the expiration on Group-on's?
We have arranged with Group-on for purchases to be extended for one year. These new expiration dates will be reflected on your Groupon account. When you are ready we will be happy to schedule your lesson.
What about the Virginia Beach Dance Challenge?
Unfortunately we have had to cancel the VDBC for May. We have rescheduled for May 2021. You will receive full credit for any payments made.
SCHEDULING VIRTUAL LESSONS
I am interested in virtual lessons, what dates/times can I take these lessons?
You can coordinate a day and time directly with your teacher. You will find that you actually have more flexibility with scheduling virtual lessons. Contact your teacher here.
How do I know how many lessons I have left in my dance package?
Contact us by e-mail here. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
I had set up an auto pay prior to the temporary closure, is this auto pay still continuing?
We believe we have contacted all students who are currently on auto pay. However if we missed you, you have options and we will be happy to assist you: You may pause your payments until you are ready to resume lessons. You may also continue your payments in which case they will automatically stop once you package is fully paid for. In any case you will not lose any lessons- they will be waiting for you when you resume.
When will you reopen and what will that look like?
We are open! However we have made changes to studio operations. We will keep you up to date here and on social media.
