MAIN BALLROOM

Our Main Ballroom is a 3,000 square foot venue, perfect for larger events. Capacity is approximately 150 persons.

JUNIOR BALLROOM

A smaller, more in-mate venue for about 50-60 persons.

DANCE CLUB

Our club style venue is a 2,000 square foot venue with its own restrooms and kitchen. Capacity is approximately 100 persons.

COMMON AMENITIES

All rooms have their own sound system and lighting system which you may use at no additional charge. Club and Main Ballroom have crystal chandelier.  All rooms are equipped with raised sprung dance floors, tables, and cushioned Chairs. The facility has dressing rooms, prep kitchens, and parking.

ADDITIONAL AVAILABLE SERVICES

You may also contract with us for DJ service, dance choreography, dance lessons, dance performances, table & chair set-up and breakdown.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

You may call for an appointment to view the facility and go over pricing options. Hourly room rates vary by room. A security deposit is required to hold the date of your event.  A cleaning fee is added to the the rental fee (This is not negotiable, we hire a cleaning crew after each event). You are responsible for providing your own security if needed.  Use of alcohol requires a banquet license. This is a non smoking facility.  More detailed instructions are included in your contract and this will be provided to you prior to your security deposit.
